Melbourne Victory Football Club has partnered with INTIX to provide digital ticketing for all its corporate hospitality functions.
Caroline Carnegie, Managing Director of Melbourne Victory Football Club (MVFC) said working with INTIX has meant that the Club can provide the best customer experience and value to our corporate clients.
"INTIX has allowed the Club to streamline our booking and ticket purchase process and make it easier for our customers," Carnegie said.
"At Melbourne Victory we have a focus on innovation and technology so it is key that all areas of the business are reflective of this ambition including our corporate offering."
Using INTIX’s services, Victory will be able to provide digital ticketing for all corporate events and up to 20 corporate boxes at the 13 home games each season. With all the ticketing information in one place they can collect and store data, market to customers and develop post-event reports to better understand trends.
Ticket purchasers will now also be able to use AMEX at no additional cost, as well as buy and sell tickets online.
Alex Grant, Founder and Chief Technology Officer at INTIX said INTIX is looking forward to providing MVFC with a best-in-class ticketing solution for their corporate events.
"This partnership will help support the growth of Victory In Business memberships, the MVFC database, and will further grow event attendance and awareness to support one of Australia’s largest corporate sporting networking groups," Mr Grant said. Melbourne Victory Football Club is one of the leading teams in the A-league with more than 20,000 members and their Victory in Business memberships provide Melbourne’s most illustrious corporate sporting experience.
INTIX is in conversations with other clubs about further supporting their digital ticketing needs. To get in touch about how we can support you contact Emma Williams, Head of Commercial.
