ABOUT CURE EB OUR CHARITY PARTNER

The Cure EB Charity Foundation (Cure EB) is dedicated to raising funds in support of world-leading research into
ground-breaking therapies and ultimately a cure for Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).

Since 2013 the team behind Cure EB has raised more than $6M and provided funding to cutting edge research
projects around the world including in North America, Europe, the UK and Australia.

 EB, AKA, the worst disease you’ve never heard of, is a rear genetic disorder. Sufferers don’t have the ‘glue’
(proteins) that holds the layers of our skin together, leading to large open wounds that can be caused by the
slightest touch. Living with EB is akin to living with third-degree burns. In the more severe forms of the disease,
internal linings and organs are also affected. Sufferers often endure a lifetime of pain ending in premature death.

Our team is motivated by our close personal connections to EB sufferers and their families and relies heavily on
volunteers from the EB Community.

Our grass-roots organisation has big plans and with your support we will find a cure.
