// Facts at a glance

What it is

A multi-tenant ticketing and federation platform built for elite NZ governing bodies and federations — NZ Rugby (Super Rugby + All Blacks + Black Ferns), NZ Cricket, Netball NZ (ANZ Premiership), Hockey NZ, NZ Football, Basketball NZ (NBL NZ), Athletics NZ, NZ SailGP, provincial rugby unions, Touch NZ.

Where it fits

League-wide reporting, multi-tenant governance, native accreditation, AU / Pacific cross-border multi-currency, federation settlement splits, and one fan identity from provincial union to franchise to international tour.

Customers

Hockey One (trans-Tasman national league spanning AU + NZ), plus federations across NZ rugby, netball and the Heartland Championship tier.

Commercial

Published rate in NZD. Per-union and per-franchise ledgers settled next business day at 100% — scoped partner access, native multi-currency for Pacific touring fixtures, configurable federation settlement splits, locally supported.

01

Federate without de-platforming provincial unions.

Multi-tenant architecture where the national governing body owns the schema, the sponsor reporting and the central events — while each provincial union and franchise keeps its own branded checkout, supporter record and commercial story.

▸ OutcomeA federation-wide buyer view from provincial union to Super Rugby franchise to All Blacks / Black Ferns / Black Caps — without forcing provincial unions through a platform migration that invalidates their member file.

// How it works

NZ Rugby today operates NZR+ / All Blacks Fan Account separately from provincial union ticketing — Crusaders, Canterbury Rugby, Super Rugby NZ franchises and provincial unions all route through different stacks. NZR cannot resolve a Super Rugby fan to a provincial fan to an All Blacks fan because the data lives in five places. The same shape repeats for NZ Cricket (Black Caps + Major League NZ + Plunket Shield), Netball NZ (ANZ Premiership + Beko League + Silver Ferns), Hockey NZ and Basketball NZ.

INTIX is multi-tenant federation architecture by design. The national governing body owns the schema, central reporting, sponsor dashboards and central events. Provincial unions and franchises operate their own branded checkout against the same fan-identity layer. The federation federates without de-platforming anyone.

02

Locally supported — without single-vendor concentration risk.

Major NZ codes sit on Flicket per its public client roster, creating an effective monoculture risk for the country's elite codes. INTIX is multi-region (AU, NZ, UK, US, CA, CH) with local AU/NZ engineering and support — enterprise-proven without the offshore lock-in risk of European or US vendors.

▸ OutcomeThe federation doesn't inherit single-vendor concentration risk. International tour fixtures don't leak the fan record to a US-built platform. Local support understands the NZ commercial context.

// How it works

NZ tier-2 commercial reality is sharply different from AU or UK: thinner audiences, federation settlement splits across provincial unions, AU / Pacific cross-border buyers, and a buyer who is wary of European or US vendors that won't have local support — but also wary of single-region incumbents that limit growth. The status quo is single-vendor concentration: Flicket dominates NZ rugby, but client win-backs cite 'too small to support our growth'; offshore vendors cite 'no NZ on the ground.'

INTIX is multi-region with AU/NZ engineering and support in-region — proven on the migration of a national cricket governing body to INTIX inside four months in 2026. Enterprise-grade infrastructure, locally supported, no single-vendor concentration risk for the country's elite codes.

03

One fan ID from provincial union to franchise to international tour.

Inbound All Blacks tours, Black Caps series and Silver Ferns internationals today route through Ticketmaster NZ / Ticketek NZ — not the federation's domestic stack — so the most data-rich events of the year leak the buyer record. INTIX runs domestic season and international tour fixtures on the same supporter identity.

▸ OutcomeFederation captures the international-tour fan record that today leaks to consumer-ticketing vendors. Cross-code household (Super Rugby + NPC + ANZ Premiership netball) lights up in marketing and sponsor reporting.

// How it works

The NZ structural pattern is consistent: NZ Rugby's broadcast and fan-engagement structure publicly separates Super Rugby and NPC fan ownership; the same supporter walking through an NPC gate on Saturday and a Super Rugby gate on Friday is two unconnected records; international tour fixtures route through consumer ticketing vendors that hold the fan file. The most data-rich events of the year leave no addressable record on the federation's side.

On INTIX, one tenant runs every product the federation hosts — provincial union home games, Super Rugby franchise fixtures, All Blacks / Black Caps / Silver Ferns international tours — with one supporter identity across all of them. AU / Pacific cross-border buyers handled natively (NZD / AUD / FJD / USD with FX at the basket). Federation settlement splits configurable per fixture.
